Damaged, Missing Parts Please keep in mind: We cannot accept physically damaged product. If you notice that the product packaging is reasonably damaged (enough to believe that the product inside is damaged as well), then do not accept it. If you happened to accept the product and it is damaged or missing pieces, you must report this to us within 48 hours of receipt, at which point we will assist you in contacting the carrier or Bushnell and invoking the insurance policy.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds cannot be offered more than 30 days after the customer recieves the product. Customers must contact us by E-Mail in order to request a refund authorization.
Ground shipments are generally sent via UPS; express orders are generally sent via UPS
Cancellation Policy: All orders may be cancelled with no additonal fee prior to shipping. (Orders are shipped when shipping labels and tracking numbers have been generated). Cancellations must be made by E-Mail . We will not cancel orders over the phone. If a cancellation the customers have 24 hours to cancel orders. .
